Revolutionary 3rd-generation ARMS Technology:
Ultra-high specificity
Much simpler panel designing
Compatible with all types of PCR platforms
The SNUPPTM Taq Polymerase is a DNA polymerase with ultra-high specificity that can identify single base
mismatch, thus
reducing NTC and non-specific amplification. Through semi-rational directed molecular evolution of wild-type Taq DNA polymerase, SNUPPTM is endowed with significant elevation in its specificity. This brand new enzyme can be applied to a wide range of genetic detection, including SNP
analysis, genotyping, tumor mutation, pathogen identification, gene
editing efficiency, and much more.
With the ultra-high primer recognition ability of SNUPPTM Polymerase, only a single base divergence at the 3'-end of primer is needed to achieve extremely high rare mutation detection, hence the Perfect-ARMS. Scientists no longer have to consider additional base mismatch (1st-generation ARMS) or ring structure (2nd-generation ARMS) —— Primer designing will be monumentally simplified. The Perfect-ARMS system is by far the most specific PCR detection technology on the market.
Advantages of the Perfect-ARMS Technology with the SNUPPTM Polymerase
Ultra-high specificity: SNUPPTM can identify single base mismatch, and rid ARMS PCR of the complicated circular primers
Easier panel designing: making the development of diagnostic panels extremely simple
Compatible with dPCR, qPCR and canonical PCR platforms
Can choose from Hot Start or Non-Hot Start products, 5x buffer can be ordered separately. Customizable to exclude ions or dNTP.
