The ProteoSense™ Antibody-Oligo Conjugation Kit utilizes th advanced "TCO-Tz" click chemistry reaction system, enabling simple and efficient generation of oligonucleotide-conjugated antibodies within 2 hours. The antibody-to-oligonucleotide ratio is flexibly adjustable.

• Broad Oligonucleotide Compatibility: The kit can conjugate antibodies to single-stranded oligonucleotides (10-120 bases in length) or double-stranded oligonucleotides (up to 80 base pairs in length). Oligonucleotides must be synthesized with a terminal amine group and HPLC-purified. A concentration of 50-100 μM is recommended (this modification is available from all commercial oligonucleotide suppliers). 

• The kit can conjugate any mammalian monoclonal or polyclonal antibody of IgG isotype to oligonucleotides. The minimum antibody amount per reaction is 10 μg. For optimal results, antibodies should be supplied in PBS at a concentration ≥1 mg/mL.

• Versatile Applications: Suitable for diverse protein research fields, including but not limited to protein detection, protein-protein interactions, and proteomics studies.
